The warranty on our tents shall also not apply if the trademarks of these products and packaging have been removed, if the circumstance is beyond our control such as vandalism, if the item has been intentionally damaged or damaged due to extreme weather conditions including but not limited to ice, snow, hail, wind and lightning or any other catastrophic event. Please note, that the warranty does not apply to all items, such as damage to zips, stakes, poles etc. Zips sometimes have to endure extreme tension caused by wind, incorrect tent set up or pressure caused by people or objects leaning into the tent. In order to limit damage to zips, close all zippers before setting up your tent and handle the zippers with care. Protect them by treating them with silicone once in a while and check zips before setting up your tent, as there is no insurance on them after use.

Our tents

Let’s start with the very beginning. A tent is a shelter made of
fabric or other material and draped over a frame of poles or attached to a supporting rope. Tents are usually anchored using guy ropes tied to
stakes or tent pegs.  First used as portable homes by nomads,
the latest years tents are experiencing a revival and used for recreational camping
or comfortable camping (glamping).

Larger tents are usually carried in a car and such tents can usually be
assembled in between 5 and 25 minutes. Disassembly takes a similar length of time.

If you are consider buying a
tent, this is probably the first question that pops up in your head. We admit, it is not always an easy choice to make since there are a lot of tents. At BEYOND we gladly advice you on your main questions by structuring them into different chapters.

A flysheet or shade fly (found in double skin tents
like our Patrol tents and Tupek tents) is used to protect the actual tent from water. A flysheet is waterproof on the outside and also provides a surface to collect condensation on the inside, which then runs down to the ground. When a flysheet is used, it is important that there be no contact with the inner tent it is protecting; this keeps the inner dry. The inner tent comprises the main living and sleeping area of the tent. For double skin tents, the inner tent has a less dense canvas since it is protected by the sturdy fly sheet. For single skin tents, the cotton is made of waterproof and breathable that prevents liquid water from penetrating the inside of the tent,
but still allows water vapour to be transported out.

A groundsheet is used to provide a waterproof barrier between the
ground and a sleeping bag or furniture. Our tents always have a sewn-in
groundsheet and extend up the lower part of the walls to create a 'bathtub'
effect, so the water seeps under the side walls of the tent.

Our tents have zippable groundsheets which also allow load-sharing when packed, and make it easier to pitch and strike a tent. Once zipped, they provide protection against insects getting into the sleeping area.

The poles provide structural support for the tents. They are collapsible for easier transport and storage. Our offered designs use rigid
poles, made out of lightweight anodized aluminium or a combination of SS-steel/inox corner poles with fibreglass strong premium aluminium anodized
poles.

Our pegs are made in galvanised robust T or V shaped zinc steel. Pegs used for guy ropes should not be driven vertically into the ground. For maximum strength they should be driven in at an angle so that the peg is at right angles to the guy rope attached to it. Our ground pegs, inspired by the heavy duty military patrol tents, guarantee maximum stability even in the hardest
grounds. The T bar makes them easy to remove out of any surface.

Air vents help reduce the effects of condensation. When
people breathe, they expel quite a lot of water vapour. If the
outside of the tent is colder than the inside, then this vapour will condense
on the inside of the tent and a good ventilation helps to remove the vapour, although this may let in cold air. That is why our Bell tents come with reinforced bespoke air vent flaps, so optimal ventilation is guaranteed.

An extra groundsheet protector is always a good idea. This is a separate flat groundsheet or tarp which goes underneath the main groundsheet, and is
slightly smaller than that groundsheet. The intention is to protect the main groundsheet, especially when camping on rough terrain, since it is much cheaper
to replace a separate groundsheet protector than it is to replace a zippable groundsheet.

Do you plan a short break where you seek a tent to accommodate 2 persons and possibly a pet? Then you will be better off with our smaller sized Bell tent 2.6 or 3.6 or Half Patrol 10 tent. They are strong, easy and quick to set up, even if you are on your own. They can house a comfortable double bed. Do you travel by car and you install your tent for at least a weekend in one and the same spot, for example as a basecamp for a forest hiking tour or hunting trip with your family or best friends? Or do you want use your tent as a seasonal emplacement in your backyard, for example for your guests or your children to sleep in? Then you will prefer a somewhat heavier and more spacious canvas tent like our Large or Major Bell tents, and our Total Patrol 20 tents. They offer plenty of comfort and space and are easy to use and set up. Moreover, they are not too heavy and very strong. Whatever type of tent you buy and although the set up instructions are very easy and intuitive, we advice you always to practice setting up your tent in your own backyard before you leave for a trip.

Please bear in mind that our
canvas tents are more solid and ecofriendly than lightweight , synthetic variants. If you are car camping or camping in your backyard, weight is not an issue and you will much more enjoy our premium canvas tents. Our tents have a weight between 22.7 kg for our Bell tent 2.6 and 57 kg for our Major Bell tent 5.2. Sometimes our bigger formats like the Patrol tents are packed in two boxes so the weight stays reasonable.

At BEYOND we indicate capacity
of our tents by mentioning how many people can stand, seat and sleep. We also always point out the number of inflatable mattresses and the number of single or double beds can stand in our tents. Next to all these data you will also find the exact space volume per tent. We trust all these different figures help you find the right tent of your heart.

At BEYOND, we advice to
compare 3 parameters that matter the most: capacity, height and volume. When you have slept in a number of tents, you know size matters and volume can make
a difference. How many people tried backpacking for the first time in a tent but didn’t have fun because they were cramped and never did it again. So check out our numbers like diameter, height figures and volume at each evaluation. It will comparably illustrate how roomy the tent really is and may incite or keep more people camping.

If it’s your very first tent purchase, we would suggest to go for our
Middle Bell 3.6 tent 4-person tent. The extra space in the 4-person tent offers you that extra space to sleep more comfortably and store your gear easily. In the end it doesn’t weigh much more or take up more room then a 2-person tent.

Size matters! When car camping
or recreative camping in your own backyard, rule nr1: always buy a bigger tent then you need. You will always appreciate the extra space and in the end you will use your tent more frequently because you will sense more comfort. There
are many different sizes available at BEYOND.  Our Bell tents come in
four sizes: 2.6 meter, 3.2 meter, 4.4 meter and 5.2 meter.  So how do you decide which tent is the right one for you?Simple, look at the size of your party. If it is just the two of you for a
weekend getaway, our smaller sized tents like the Bell 2.6 meter or Bell 3.6 meter are sufficient. Do you fancy a bit more space for the two of you, then you’ll be better off with the major 4.4 Bell tent or the Total Patrol 20 tent. Bigger groups or families will also prefer and experience the advantages of our bigger sized tents liker Bell 4.4 meter who
has space for 6 matrasses or our Bell 5.2 meter or Patrol tent 20 model who has enough space for 8 mattresses.

Tent fabric may be made of many materials like cotton (canvas), polyester, nylon or felt.

When buying a tent, the first important choice is what fabric it should be made of. Tents can be made of many different materials. Depending on the use of the tent, certain materials are more suitable. Below we compare four frequently
used tent fabrics.

Cotton

Since ancient times cotton has been used for manufacturing tents, mainly
for family and group tents. This vegetal fibre grows as soft white fluffy balls
on the seeds of the cotton plant. The result is a strong natural material,
which is very breathable, moisture-regulating and easier to recycle afterwards.
Since cotton is a natural fabric, it’s naturally less resistant to mould than
synthetic fabrics such as polyester and nylon. To overcome this challenge, the
fabrics we offer have been treated to make them more resistant to mould. All these advantages are counterbalanced by a higher weight and a longer drying
time. If a cotton fabric doesn’t dry for long enough, the risk of mould
development is increased. This is why you should always dry your cotton canvas tent properly before storing it. Although the higher weight and longer drying
time may be perceived as stumbling blocks by adventurous backpackers, this was less important for our tents because they were not designed as lightweight trekking tents. They are meant to be set up for a long time and not to be dragged along on endless mountain hikes. In general, cotton is still known as
the most suitable fabric for tents that do not need to be lightweight or packed
compactly.

Polyester

This light and UV-resistant fabric is rather rigid and therefore
non-elastic. When the tent is stretched, a lot of force is exerted on the seams
and there’s a risk of the stitching holes becoming larger. Polyester also lacks
breathability, meaning that condensation can easily appear inside the tent.
This fabric is often used when a tent needs to be packed light and compact. It
is cheaper than other materials, but generally has a shorter lifespan than
other materials.

Nylon

Nylon is particularly popular among backpackers. It is a light and flexible
fabric that can be stored very compact and which also has a short drying time.
All these characteristics are extremely important for backpackers. Because
nylon is a synthetic fabric, it is also less susceptible to mildew. However,
nylon is very sensitive to UV radiation. Lightweight nylon tents are usually
spared by UV rays because backpackers only set up their tents at sunset and
usually take them down at sunrise. Nylon isn’t a breathable fabric, so
ventilation and a water-repellent inner tent are crucial if you want a pleasant
tent experience.

Each tent fabric has advantages and disadvantages. When buying a new tent,
it is important to first know what you want to use it for. Are you looking for
a tent that can easily be carried in your backpack for a whole day? In that
case, polyester and nylon are the best solutions. Do you prefer to sleep in a
strong and aesthetically pleasing tent that you can leave set up for a long
time? Then cotton is the best choice! What kind of cotton do we offer in our
tent selection?

In our quest for durable,
natural fabrics, we are proud to offer our selected tents with 100% strong
Cotton in a unique range of colours. Our own new design has a great
breathability and moisture regulation ability withstanding the most challenging
weather conditions. The ecofriendly cotton is extra breathable, UV resistant,
waterproof, dirt repellent, midew and mould resistant. Our tent selection is
made by one the best and 100% natural durable cottons in the world and has a
strong density of 320 gram/m2, except for the inner tents of the Patrol Tent
product range which have a density of 220 gram/m2 since they are covered by fly
sheets of 320 gram/m2.

Bell tents

The iconic Bell tent design is based upon a simple structure, supported by
a single central pole, covered with a vigorous cotton canvas and is used as a
human shelter for inhabiting, traveling or leisure.

The stability of the tent is reinforced with tension by guy
ropes connected around the top of the walls and being held down by pegs
around the circumference to the ground. The Bell tent has a circular floor plan
and its sleek design radiates style and authenticity. The different sizes of
bell tents can be suited to their use or preference and most have a spacious
interior, with room to sleep a number of people.

The Bell tent is
characteristically recognizable by its walls, raised larger entrance and guy
ropes, without the extendable tripod or smoke hole, which are characteristics
of the tipi tent. Bell tents have become the classic type of accommodation used
in modern luxury camping, or glamping, often kitted out with electricity
hook-up, double or single beds, carpeting, refrigeration units and other
electronic apparel.

The Bell tent has a water-resistant, mildew-resistant finish to it, but we
can’t guarantee full protection. It depends on your usage, the area where you
have setup your tent and the environment to know whether it would do well. Do
check our ‘Usage and Maintenance’ section hereunder for more information.

Our Bell tents have a wall height of 45 cm for the Little Bell 2.6, 55 cm
for the Middle Bell 3.6, 75 cm for the Large Bell 4.4 and 85 cm for the Major Bell 5.2. These are in many cases higher than standard Bell tent walls which makes the tent more spacious and comfortable for bedding.

Our bell tents can be used as hunting camp and our quality canvas offers a
strong protection against the elements. We can also recommend you our Patrol tents in different sizes.

Our Tents have an outstanding quality as camping accommodation but are not permanent structures since they are not designed for extreme winter mountaineering or heavy snow accumulations.

Since our selected tents are
not yet available with a vent, you cannot place a stove with chimney inside the tent. However, you can easily use an electrical heat stove. However, in order to avoid any risk with such heat appliances, always read the manual carefully
and make sure your tent is ventilated at all times.

The zipped in high quality ground sheet comes with the tent, however, you do have to purchase an additional protection floor tarp or shade fly sheet should you require more protection.

patrol tents

The Patrol tent is based upon
the quintessential shape of the Canadian Patrol Tent. Inspired by shelters that trappers constructed in the Canadian forests and based upon the decade long expertise of our manufacturer’s ‘Scouting & Trekking tent’ brand. This re-engineered Patrol Tent is constructed around vertical poles interconnected
by a ridge pole and has an extra canvas roof over the top, which can be chosen in an oversized format in order to create additional covered living space. The pure and aesthetical design of the tent and separate fly covers have both
attention for detail and can be mixed and matched in a wide color palette. This reimagination of the alltime classic Canadian tent is the perfect shelter for your camping, trekking or hunting journeys.

Tipi-tents

The iconic nomadic Native
American Tipi Tent is traditionally made of animal skins and designed with a set of sturdy natural wooden straight poles, held together with a strong leather strap cord.  Modern tipis usually have a canvas covering. The traditional Tipi is durable, provides warmth and comfort in winter, is cool in the heat of summer and is dry during heavy rains. Tipis can be disassembled and packed away quickly when people need to relocate and
can be reconstructed quickly upon settling in a new area.

product features

BEYOND offers only tent cotton canvas fabrics which were exposed to extreme different test environments: in the center of a rainy city, in the windiest countryside and in the middle of hot deserts. To find out how the fabric strength and fabric color evolve under the influence of light, the Autentic fabrics were exposed non-stop to xenon lights in the manufacturer’s lab for several weeks. To maintain the natural aspect of our cotton towels, the treatments are kept to a minimum. To ensure that our offered products are safe and not harmful to you and our planet, the dyeing and treatment of the fabrics is done with the best European chemicals and dyes, all of which meet the strict European REACH standards. Because cotton is a natural product, your tent may lose its color intensity slightly over time, depending on how often and where you use it. But do not worry. The colors have been chosen in such a way that this natural aging process makes your tent characterful and even more unique.

The sturdy durable cotton canvas has been tested for any tears and we can confidently say that only very wild natural forces or extraterrestrial objects can cause tears in the canvas.

To find out whether underground living creatures would affect the cotton canvas fabric, our manufacturer literally buried them. Result? The canvas can handle wild nature without harming it.

In the lab, various micro-organisms lead their own lives on Autentic’s substances. However, they failed to get a grip on our fabrics. Only when bacteria stay in favorable conditions for a long time can the first fungal spores appear.

The Autentic cotton canvas fabrics are very strong. A square meter of
tightly stretched cloth can easily bear the weight of two adult alpacas.

Yes, they are. However, natural cotton can, when new, let some air through and leak around the seams. After the canvas has been wet once this will no longer happen because of the cotton expanding. To ensure that water stays out, the fabric is designed to absorb water so that the fibers can expand. Once the fibers have expanded, they form a pact and stop rainwater. Water resistance is of course super important. And that's even more so in a country like Belgium, where the tents are designed, as it can occasionally rain heavily here. A thorough rain test could therefore certainly not be missed. The tents were watered as if they were spending a night in the heavy rain of a monsoon. Because the tents are made of cotton, exceptionally light spills can occur during extremely long and wet weather conditions.

The super strong double-woven tension cords of our tents can handle up to 3000 Newton. Your tent will therefore not fly in winds of up to 110 km/h. In extreme weather conditions we recommend that you anchor or store your tent extra.

Cotton canvas has the great advantage that it is a breathable fabric. Thanks to the natural fiber structure of the cotton, perspiration, water vapor and moisture from wet clothes can escape from your tent more easily. Perfect if you want to dry your wet clothes in the tent after a rainy day.

Usage and maintenance

The lifespan of your tent is very dependent upon camping conditions such as air pollution, ultraviolet radiation, natural dirt (bird droppings, sand, salt water) and domestic dirt (cooking stains, soda, wine, sun cream), as these all limit the lifespan of your cotton canvas tent. Take good care of your tent and it will last longer.

Tip 1: Find the perfect camping spot

Before setting up your tent, you should of course find the perfect camping spot where you can fully relax and enjoy your free time. On a flat underground, you’ll always be sitting - and lying - comfortably. Also from a technical point
of view, pitching the tent on a flat underground is much easier. We advise you to always place your tent on higher grounds, unless you like midnight baths and floating mattresses. Our tents come in different shapes and dimensions.
Regardless of the size of your tent, always make sure that your camping place is large enough to set up the tent correctly and to tension the tent guy lines
tightly.

Tip 2: Inspect your camping spot

Now that you have chosen the perfect spot, scrutinize it thoroughly. Before pitching the tent, you should always check whether no sharp objects, tree roots, twigs or stones could disturb your night’s rest. These intruders could also cause holes and cracks in the groundsheet of your tent, no matter how strong it is. Don’t forget to have a look above you as well. You should not only check the space under your tent, also the space above you needs a thorough
inspection. Setting up your tent under a tree may be fun, but a branch falling on your tent in the middle of the night because of heavy wind is a little less
fun.

Tip 3: Choose a good position

Now that you have checked your camping spot from top to bottom, you’re probably wondering in which direction to pitch your tent. Well, that’s totally up to you but we can assure you that there’s nothing better than waking up with
the morning sun or with a beautiful ocean view. The wind should not be directed at the openings (windows and doors) of your tent. In case of heavy winds, your tent might turn into a flying object. When the wind blows on the back of your
tent, you can shelter from the wind at the front entrance of your tent.

Tip 4: Protect your groundsheet

To make your tent’s groundsheet last longer, you can place a plastic tarp
under it. This protects the tent’s groundsheet from holes and tears, humidity and also keeps it dirt-free.

Tip 5: Install the protection plates on the poles

The central poles of the Bell and Patrol tents are equipped with rubber
foot plates at the bottom. Always make sure these are properly attached to the poles to prevent damage to your tent’s groundsheet and fabric.

Tip 6: Pitch your tent in the right way

Now that the ground is checked and your tent hopefully stands straight,
it’s time to secure the tent. There are a few things to keep in mind.

  • Make sure that
everything that zips is zipped up before tensioning the tent.
  • Always follow the curves of your tent when stretching it to ensure a perfect form and function. Water will drain off fluently when the tent is set up tight.
  • The guy lines should always be perfectly aligned with the seams of the tent’s roof.
  • Pitch your tents pegs firmly in the ground on a 90° angle.
  • Start to attach the
corners of the inner tent and the groundsheet. Continue with the other guy ropes in a straight line. If your tent also has an outer tent, do this afterwards.
  • To avoid stumbling
at night, align the tent ground pegs in even lines or circles around the tent.
  • Once you have tightened the cords, you can use the guy line tensioners to tighten the tent properly. Tension the guy ropes firmly but don’t exaggerate.
  • To avoid stumbling at night, align the tent ground pegs in even lines or circles around the tent.
  • Once you have tightened the cords, you can use the guy line tensioners to tighten the tent properly. Tension the guy ropes firmly but don’t exaggerate.

All good things come to an end. Time to pack away your favourite BEYOND
tent? These seven tips will guide you in correctly storing your cotton canvas tent and assure you to fully enjoy your stay during your next glamping adventures.

Tip 1: Empty your tent

This tip may sound pretty obvious, but there is nothing more annoying that forgetting your phone in your tent’s storage pockets and only noticing it when everything is nicely packed away in the tent bag. It is even more annoying when
your phone is on silent… We have been through this ourselves and thus speak from experience. Forewarned is forearmed!

Tip 2: Clean your cotton canvas tent

Thanks to the removable groundsheets in the Bell and Patrol tents, you can easily wipe the dust off. Are you wondering what to use to clean your canvas tent? Dust on the cotton fabric of the tent can be easily wiped off with a soft
brush. Found a stain? No worries. With a damp cloth, you can gently rub the tent canvas fabric to remove the stain. Because dirt traps moisture, storing your canvas tent while it’s still dirty increases the risk of mould. To avoid
unpleasant surprises, it’s important to clean your cotton tent, groundsheet and all other loose parts of your tent, including guy ropes, poles, hooks and pegs
before storing them.

Tip 3: Store your cotton canvas tent dry

Now that your tent and all other components have been cleaned, it’s time to let everything dry before storing it in the tent bag. Keep in mind that the guy ropes have a longer drying time than the tent fabric. Humidity is the favourite
habitat of microorganisms, so storing your tent when it’s wet - or even a
little damp - will undoubtedly cause mould, and the accompanying unpleasant smells. Did it start raining during your last night in the tent and do you have to put it away? An exception can be made for once, but give the tent all the time
it needs to dry afterwards. The lounger the tent remains packed wet or even damp, the bigger the risk of mould.

 Tip 4: Zip up

Before packing up your tent, zip up all doors, windows, groundsheet, and
anything else that can be zipped up. When everything is closed, folding the
tent will be much easier and setting it up next time will be even more easy.

Tip 5: Pack your tent away in the tent bag

Our tent bags are made from the tent’s cotton waste and other sustainable
fabrics. Since cotton is breathable, the provided tent bag is the best solution
for packing away your cotton tent. Make sure that the bag is always properly
zipped up so you’re not getting surprised by small critters during your
upcoming adventures. Can’t find the original tent bag? Store your tent in
another cotton bag. In a plastic bag or one made of another synthetic material,
condensation - and consequently mould - are much more likely to pop up.

Tip 6: Store tent poles and pegs in the appropriate bags

Not only the tent, but also the loose tents parts have to be handled with
care and stored in the suitable bags. This prevents the cotton fabric from
becoming dirty by residual dirt on these parts. Another advantage is that you
shorten the search for the right part for the next time you pitch your tent.

Tip 7: Store your canvas tent in a high and dry and well-ventilated place

To avoid unpleasant visits from pests and development of mould, we strongly recommend you to always store your tent bag high up in a dry and well-ventilated area.

With these seven tips, you
should be able to store your tent properly and avoid unpleasant surprises next time you pitch it.

Since cotton is a natural fabric, it’s very important to maintain a cotton
tent properly. There are, however, a number of things you should take into account.

Regularly cleaning your canvas tent is important to prolong its lifespan.
When you notice dirt on your tent, don’t wait too long to clean it. Dirt will stick to existing dirt more easily and will retain moisture longer. Since
moulds love moisture, cleaning and letting dry your tent properly are two
crucial steps in maintaining a cotton canvas tent. If you clean your tent in
time, it will also take less effort to get it clean later.

It is best to clean the tent when it is still set up. If the tent is already lying down, you might unwittingly create new stains on the fabric. If you have already taken the tent down and notice any dirt, we recommend putting everything on a clean plastic sheet.

When you notice a stain, we advise you to remove it when it has completely dried.

Have you noticed a chocolate stain on your tipi? Try to gently rub the fabric with a damp cloth to remove the stain. Has the chocolate taken over the original colour of the tipi? For an in-depth cleaning of the smallest member of the Autentic family we recommend the dry cleaner. Because of the leather reinforcement pieces on the tipi, we do not recommend to wash the Tiptoe Tipi in the washing machine.

Thanks to the groundsheet, infiltration of splashing water or dirt inside the tent is avoided. A plus point in the Bell and Patrol: the groundsheet is removable! It can be unzipped at the entrance allowing you to wipe the dirt out. Of course, the groundsheet also has a plus: mud flaps! Super easy to clean and they protect the cotton fabric from splashing water and dirt.
If you notice a stain on the PVC groundsheet, use a soft sponge and some lukewarm water to gently rub it and remove the stains. We strongly advise against using a high-pressure cleaner to clean the groundsheet of your tent. This could be detrimental to its treatment.
If there is one thing you should remember, is that you should never use soap or aggressive detergents on any of the tents parts. These products can damage the treatment of the materials and shorten their lifespan. Last but not least: Did you clean your cotton canvas tent with the intention of storing it? Don’t forget to let the tent - and all other loose parts of the tent - dry completely after the cleaning session. Or read our FAQ about how to correctly store your cotton canvas tent.

19. Your legal rights

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in
relation to your personal data:

Request
access to your personal data

This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you
and to check that we are lawfully processing it.

Request
correction of the personal data that we hold about you.

This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about
you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you
provide to us.

Request
erasure of your personal data

This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is
no good reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask
us to delete or remove your personal data where you have successfully exercised
your right to object to processing (see below), where we may have processed
your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personal
data to comply with local law. Note, however, that we may not always be able to
comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons which will be
notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.

Object
to processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate
interest
(or those of a third party) and there is
something about your particular situation which makes you want to object
to processing on this ground as you feel it impacts on your fundamental
rights and freedoms.

You also have the right to object where we are processing your personal
data for direct marketing purposes. In some cases, such as where we are obliged
by law, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to
process your information which override your rights and freedoms. An example of
this may be where we have obligations to process your Financial data for the
purposes of complying with our tax obligations. Please note that if you already
have an account with Rapha, but complete a purchase via the guest checkout, we
will be unable to modify your marketing preferences as we will not have the
relevant identity information or authority to do so. Your marketing preferences
can be amended by you at any time via your account settings, or when you
receive further email communication from us.

Request
restriction of processing of your personal data.

This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of your personal data
in the following scenarios: (a) if you want us to establish the data's
accuracy; (b) where our use of the data is unlawful but you do not want us to
erase it; (c) where you need us to hold the data even if we no longer require
it as you need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; or (d) you
have objected to our use of your data but we need to verify whether we have
overriding legitimate grounds to use it.

Request
the transfer of your personal data to you or to a third party.

We will provide to you, or a third party you have chosen, your personal
data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Note that this
right only applies to automated information which you initially provided
consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract
with you.

If you wish to exercise any of the rights set out above, please
contact us at paul@beyondtents.world

No fee required

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise
any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your
request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may
refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

What we may need from you

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm
your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise
any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal
data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also
contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to
speed up our response.

Time limit to respond

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally
it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or
you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep
you updated.
